
Our training is programmed to get our members feeling stronger, fitter & more confident in their skin. We provide a combination of both strength based sessions focussing on lifting weights and more cardio focussed sessions to work on our fitness. All our sessions are coach-led so you'll be shown exactly what to do.
Our Two Types of Sessions:
Team PT
Our premium membership with a max of 4 women per session. More 1-2-1 coaching attention where we can tailor your workout to suit your training needs each week. Perfect for those who want more individualised training or who prefer a more intimate group.
Group Classes
Always a fun & vibrant atmosphere we have a mixture of strength & fitness sessions across the timetable. Surrounded by motivating women & coaches who will guide you through each workout you will not get left behind & be able to see progress week on week.
