PT is ideal for complete beginners who want to learn the basics and for those who want to push their training to the next level & learn new skills. With the 1-2-1 we can spend time drumming through techniques to ensure you get the most out of each exercise. There is also absolutely nowhere to hide so you know you will leave your session proud of how hard you've worked for that hour.
